The University of Iowa Mathematics Department organizes an annual Sonia Kovalevsky High School Mathematics Day. High-school-aged women, along with their teachers and parents or guardians are invited to a day-long program featuring workshops, interactive talks, panels of professionals with math-related jobs and fun math games.
